The CONCEPT Radiator is our latest, most advanced, highest performing jersey. Featuring Polartec Delta Mesh “Radiator” fabric, a combination of tencel and recycled polyester yarns in a 3D mesh structure, that wicks and absorbs moisture, then actively cools through evaporation as you ride. It’s actually cooler than no jersey at all.
The CONCEPT Radiator jersey takes the same fit and patterning of the CONCEPT jersey, our most fitted, articulated and aerodynamic jersey and includes many of the same features: shaped and cut seams with no extra fabric, SPF protection on sun exposed back areas, and our most secure and stable pockets in our entire jersey line (perfect for a 200-mile bike race). Sizing Guide
Our jerseys and bib shorts are intended to be form fit, providing compressive support, maximizing performance of the fabrics, and reducing fatigue and chafing. Due to the compressive nature of the fabrics, you will be able to fit into more than one size. Please use the charts below to help determine your optimum size:
- Find your weight along the top of the table.
- Look down the column to find your appropriate size.
- Each size has a height range based on weight.
- If you find that you are on the upper or lower end of height and weight for a given size, the garment will have more or less compression respectively.
- Use the Dimensions Details chart to further dial in your fit.

Looks nice, feels comfy, but suitable only for _short_ summer rides
I have not actually used the Concept Radiator, but based on trying it on and expensive experience with my Radiator Mesh, I regard it as a nice jersey but of limited usefulness. That is because it will be comfortable only in hot weather (it is designed to cool, with special thin fabric on the front and shoulders), but only on short rides in the early morning and late evening. Velocio put 'cooling radiator’ fabric over the whole shoulder (unlike the Radiator Mesh jersey where it only covers the front) so to avoid sunburn through the jersey on longer rides you have to wear sunscreen under it, or worse a full short sleeve base layer. A design choice that defeats the ostensible purpoe of his expensive jersey.
