Our return process provides a refund of the purchase price of your item within 30 days of receipt. Please note:
Items must be returned clean. Used items must be laundered before they are returned. Any items received that are not clean will not be processed, and will be sent back to the customer.
Whenever possible please return items in new condition, with tags and packaging so that they can be restocked.
Socks, Face Masks, and BIVO Bottles are sold as FINAL SALE. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
Velocio does not offer direct exchanges, however we do offer instant credits to facilitate immediate re-orders. When submitting your return, choose the store credit option and place a new order for the item you’d like instead. Velocio retains the right to pursue payment for items not returned within 28 days of credit being provided.

Returns that cannot be restocked, due to use or damage, are sent to our partner The Renewal Workshop. There they are renewed to a like-new state and made available through Velocio Renewed and removed from the waste stream.
